By far, this is one of the best hotels I have experienced. This is especially true of the high standard of service level. I found people finding excuse to help you in any way possible. When I was taking pictures with my family at the restaurant, one of the waiter just volunteered to happily snap one for us. The memories will not just be in the picture but I believe in the whole experience. Thanks to Billah Kamal for the hospitable gesture. This is one of the numerous examples that just adds life and spirit to the concrete building. The food was superb. Training support was also without doubt one of the best we have received, and we have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and resorts. Congratulations the management and staff of Shangri-La. Keep up the good standard and for other hotels to learn, stay here for sat least three days and you will know what I mean. My only suggestion is for them to have an indoor playground.
