Trained here with Kenchana Group in March, 1st and 2nd, 2014. The hotel rooms were well appointed. I did have a good time and so did my family. There were a lot of activities to keep everyone busy all day long. But the service received to support our training was far from desired. The two days there, the air conditioning did not really function. They kept giving us excuses without any results. Requests for training items like flip charts took some time to arrive. To be fair, another trainer of ours did have a program there before and he reported a much better experience. Needless to say, consistency has to the order of the day here. With such a wonderful place, it is such a pity that the service for the training venue was not up to the standard. The food was good. Also excellent obstacle course. Among the best in Port Dickson.
